PAYMENT AND RETURNS:

In case you wish to get the refund, you must inform us (through mail:-
shirromanii5511@gmail.com). The amount will get credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 working days.

CANCELLATION POLICIES:

The customer needs to notify us by mail at shirromanii5511@gmail.com within
only 24 hours from the delivery time in case a different service is sent and
damage cases. If the assistance is mentioned on the website at an incorrect price or
incorrect information due to typing error, we may either contact the customer to
inform them about the right instructions or cancel the ordered product and may
acknowledge the customer of the cancellation. In similar cases, we will refund the
charged amount to the customer if the payment was already received. Services
once purchased cannot be returned or exchanged as they are energized in the
recipient’s name, they cannot be used by anyone else, because they connect with the
recipient’s auric energy. There is no refund in such cases. We shall also notify you of
the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.

HOW AND WHERE THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE THE REFUND AMOUNT:

The refund amount will be credited back to the Credit or Debit card used by the
customer at the time of booking. we initiate the refund within 4 working days
maximum after confirmation. However, it could take up to 10 working days for the
banks to process the refund requested and reflect it in your credit or debit card
statement account. Please get in touch with your bank directly in case of any delays
after the confirmation of the refund by us.
